If you had taken me by the hand all those years ago and walked me by the home of Bill Gates, and said, “hey Leslie, how about investing a hundred bucks in Bill’s new idea — he’s making household computers,” I would have looked at you, laughed out loud, and likely said, “a hundred bucks? You must be crazy. I don’t have that kind of money!”
I would not have known what I know now of course! I had not learned that our ‘hunches’ are ideas from Infinite Intelligence and they are always something we CAN do. And I was still questioning if I should or shouldn’t act on the idea, rather than saying — will this move me toward my goal, my purpose? Goals, purpose — just found out about them in the last few years! Oh, I had them, but they weren’t understood, articulated, or distinguished by me. So it was hit or miss throughout my life.
About 6 months ago I was asked the same question, “hey Leslie, how about investing a hundred bucks in John McLelland and Brian Tracy’s new idea. They have gathered the greatest minds on personal growth and development and can stream via Web in HDTV 14 minute educational videos at a ridiculously low price across the globe.”
This time I took a look at the RESULTS of the person doing the inviting. Bob Proctor and Paul Martinelli’s results are so masterful and phenomenal, how could I resist? I learned to check out the results of the person doing the asking.
I asked the question, “will this move me closer to my purpose and my goal?” The answer was “you bet!” I understand thoroughly the natural Law of Compensation. It works like this — the amount of money you earn is directly related to 3 things: the need for what I do, how well I do it (education baby) and how tough it is to replace me (taken care of by #2 if you reach for mastery).
I moved and signed up under Paul Martinelli (and under Brian Tracy, chief learning officer for iLearningGlobal).

Long ago when I was taught to play chess, I learned pretty quickly that when I start beating my teacher, it was time to find another teacher so I could get better. So if I want to be Master, then I must learn from the finest minds on the planet.
Pretty much everyone is aware that we must study to earn more. If we are the BEST at what we do, we sure are hard to replace. And I think the world understands that our old business model has died and now people are using the internet to connect with people worldwide and are managing several home based businesses.
